When clicking the filter assistant with quickFilters 4.0.3, the assistant mode
it not toggled on.

Instead we see the following error message in console:

TypeError: notifyBox is null 2 qFilters-worker.js:99:20

This should fix the issue. The quickFilters assistant should come on again in
Thunderbird 68.
