Stationery broken with %sig(text)%

using a parameter for the %sig()% variable leads to problems with the Stationery processing which can result in broken or empty emails. Workaround would be to use %sig% and rely on SmartTemplateā“ to detect the type by reading the signature's content. (It will switch to html if it encounters certain HTML tags)
Created an attachment (id=8585) [details] 2.1 pre 54 The errors seems to be generated by having the "Use instead of default quote header" option switched off. in that case ST4 will remove than just the quote header and so "destroys" the stationery result in many cases. This version will remove the default quote header in every case. It stands to reason that when using Stationery, then a quote header would probably be inserted as part of the Stationery. If this is not the case, the special variable %quoteHeader% can be used within the Stationery, as described here: http://smarttemplate4.mozdev.org/stationery.html
