After Thunderbird updated to version 60, the QuickFolders Toolbar is no longer
showing both rows of my folder tabs.  I have created enough tabs in
QuickFolders that they require two lines rather than one.  They used to both be
shown.  Now, in Thunderbird 60, the Toolbar is only tall enough to show one row
of tabs at a time.
I have attached a screen shot showing the narrow toolbar with parts of both of
my tab rows showing.

My OS is Windows 10 Home, 64-bit, version 1803
For some reason the OS field in this bug report does not provide Windows 10 as
an option.

There is a new version in [Bug 26612]. It will also be part of maintenance
release 4.12.1
