Added the new option
[x] Open Editor after filter creation
(underneath the "Display Filter List" option)

this is enabled by default. Both options are independent of each other. If both
are disabled, the [Create Filter...] button label is changed to [OK].

To minimise interactions, I also added code to scroll the filter template list
to the currently used (last used) template.
