When restarting Seamonkey, the mail window always shows "(Display All)" in the
QuickFolders Category dropdown.

TO DO: 

the function (in quickfolders.js)
initTabsFromEntries( .. )
geets the currrent tab (3pane window) and tries to retrieve

tab.QuickFoldersCategory

which is undefined. I either need to set this in a way that Seamonkey remembers
or make sure the global setting QuickFolders.Preferences.lastActiveCats
(apparently a fallback value) is properly set.

Fixed - QuickFolders Release 4.8 - submitted to addons.mozilla.org today
