Since SmartTemplate version 1.3: When using plain text mode, the quote header
is not inserted anymore.

SmartTemplate 1.3.1 prerelease 5

... with an attempted bugfix.

In the affected  version I was trying to position quote header based on the
<blockquote> element. This doesn't exist in the clear text version; instead I
have to use the first child of the body element. So this version should fix
this issue.
