I think it would be helpful to have a possibility to copy an email to an folder instead of moving it. It would be nice to having a shortcut for it. Thank you!
Accepted, this is going to be useful. You said Nostalgy offers this feature - what key combination have you set up?
In Nostalgy you can set key combinations as you like. The best way for QuickFolders in my opinion would be a shortcut that fits to the already existing ones because it is a similar feature.

Fun fact: Postbox uses different shortcut keys for their internal quick jump feature.

This will make is possible to have a "mix" of mails (some to copy, some to move) in the same operation. To make it obvious I will modify the icon for any mails lined up for copying (by adding a + to the icon)

I might still leave it at that one, as it seems to be close to impossible to find a meaningful combo that works on all platforms. I am not going to start having different default values for different applications, it is just too much hassle considering the few Postbox users I have. Context: I want the shortcuts to work from the folder pane, thread pane and the message preview window.
Created an attachment (id=8098) [details] 4.2 pre 86 Prerelease with the feature. If you do not have a Premium License to unlock the keyboard shortcut, please drag to the quickMove button while holding CTRL when you drop the files. The files to be copied have a email icon with a green "+" to signify that they will be copied. It should be possible to move some files and copy others (even from different folders) with the same move/copy operation. AS usual, the files are processed when a file name is selected from the list. If you do a mixed move/copy, it should show 2 notification panels.
Released in version 4.2.2, 20/11/2015
