Description:   Opened: 2014-12-10 10:51
RFC 2047 states: "When displaying a particular header field that contains
multiple 'encoded-word's, any 'linear-white-space' that separates a pair of
adjacent 'encoded-word's is ignored."

However, SmartTemplate inserts a space there, when using %subject%, which is
wrong. It seems to use a different parsing engine than Thunderbird itself.

Testcase:

Subject: =?UTF-8?B?WmF1YmVya8O8?=
 =?UTF-8?B?bnN0bGVy?=
