Its very anoying to always scrool up to start typing the email.
It would be very helpfull create a variable %cursor% to place the typing 
cursor where the user wants, or an option to place cursor above or under the
signature.
What do you say?

This feature already exists, since version 0.9.3. And yes, the variable is
called %cursor% - I use it all the time.

We must be doing something wrong, because people keep asking for it. How can we
improve so that people actually know that it really exists?

I think the best way to make it visible is to place it at the variable table,
with the corresponding explication.
The way it apears on the menu is to omitted.
Dont you think?
