After drag and dropping the email a new filter window displays. By default the
"create a new filter" option is selected. The new feature will automatically
select the "merge with an existing filter" and select the first filter in the
list. Saving several clicks.

if 1 is switched off 2 is also switched off
if 2 is switched on 1 is also switched on

There might have been an unrelated problem in a code line of prerelease 26
which I fixed and which might lead to the worker module not parsing correctly
and malfunctioning. This version has that problem fixed.
