We need a tool that finds all filters that move mails to a specific folder.
This could be simply invoked through the context menu in the folder tree.

Added a context menu item "Find filters..." in the folder tree. This will
search all accounts for filters that would move or copy mail to the specific
folder.

If one or more filter matches are found, the filter list dialog is opened and
the first match is highlighted. A dropdown at the top can be used to jump to
the other matches - matches can be from different mail accounts, selecting an
item from the list will always select the correct one.
