When in Postbox, I like to move emails using the quickmove feature. After
selecting an email I push the [V] key on keyboard, which pops up a textbox for
entering a folder name. Once I click OK while on a matching folder, the mail
will be moved to this folder.

Please support creating a filter when in "Filter assist" mode, like when we
move emails to a folder via dragging it to the tree.

This implements the feature, by wrapping the code in gQuickfilePanel.execute
and temporarily overwriting MsgMoveMessage so that the message detail can be
retrieved successfully before the message is moved.
