When the filter assistant is activated, quickFilters should trigger the
assistant as soon as the user adds  anew tag to an Email.

Adds a listener to the tags and triggers the assistant if a tag is added to an
email. This is not triggered when a tag is removed as it is not possible to
remove a particular tag from a mail with a filter action.
