When using the switch 

"extensions.quickfilters.licenser.forceSecondaryIdentity"

to use a secondary email address for license validation, this doesn't work. The
error console displays:

util.getIdentityByIndex is not a function.

Fixed in Version 3.12.3 - Released May 15, 2019
