4.11 pre 55

Added an option for hiding the QuickFolders Commands menu on the Advanced Tab
under Menu COnfiguration / QF Commands (right hand side).

It's labelled "Only display with CTRL key held". Hope it doesn't lead to
misunderstandings - the menu is now not show when RIGHT-clicking a QF Tab.
WhenIf you right-click and hold CTRL all QuickFolders Commands are displayed
(unchanged behavior)

I also included the behavior of [Bug 26570] which hides the "Mark Folder Read"
command when there are no unread Emails contained in it, which will further
streamline the popup menu.
