When a Folder is deleted using the QuickFolders Tab menu > mail commands >
Delete Folder, the associated QuickFolders Tab should also be removed.

This version _will_ delete the Tab when a folder is deleted using the context
menu from the tab (Mail Commands > Delete Folder). It will also go to the
parent folder of the deleted folder to avoid confusion.
