After pasting the licensee key in the QuickFolders Pro tab oif the Options
dialog, all tabs on my QF toolbar have disappeared

Looking at the error log this seems to be caused by an account with an "empty"
/ uninitialized  identity:

Error in QuickFolders.Options.decryptLicense():

idMail is null  quickfolders-register.js:366

It appears to be caused by Local folders which is on top of the user's account
list. This can happen if an old email account which is the only one before
Local Folders is deleted so that iteration of accounts starts with Local
Folders.

This should fix the issue if it is caused by  Local Folders being the first
account in the folder tree.

Fixed - QuickFolders Release 4.8 - submitted to addons.mozilla.org today
