IN QF options / Bling My Tabs!
under Individual Tab Color Appearance the "Striped style" option is always
disabled. It should be enabled in Flat Style.

Less restrictive version.

Note: if you choose Night Vision for either Uncolored or Colored Tabs then
striped style will  automatically disabled and switched off. (Because the Night
Vision palette does not support it)
