When QuickFolders validates a domain license, thee prompt whether to change
over to this licensing system is covered by the Options dialog. As it has focus
it can still be controlled via keyboard (Enter for OK, Escape for Cancel) but
it can lead to problems and be completely hidden.

Going to switch to nsIPromptService confirm()  to fix this.

This should fix it, it worked for me by displaying confirmation dialog on top.
