When using the template "Based on Recipient (To)" the complete ADdress (in
lowercase format). It should only filter out the email address like the "Based
on Sender (from)" Template.

Quickfix: this will retrieve the email address even in the "Based on Recipient"
case and inserts that into the filter condition
