Make SmartTemplate4 compatible with Postbox 4.0

Bug report from today:

> For some reason SmartTemplate doesn't seem to be working with Postbox v4 which was just released yesterday. The headers don't appear. 

I tested with 0.9.7 pre133 and the headers were functional.

Please report any errors that you see specific to Postbox 4.0 in the comments

Just a quick sanity test with Postbox 4.0 - in the "reply" case the original
quote header

"Fred@domain.com wrote:"

was not removed. I fixed this. If there are more Pb 4.0 specific problems
please add to this bug (comments below).
