Tab Drag Over Color does not change. Dragging emails in does work, but the
color of the tab doesn't change.

Please try the attached version. I have tested this against having 2-color mode
for Hovered and Drag Over colors (although I would recommend some palette
entries here instead, background images override background colors, so it would
be more reliable)

I just  realized that after installing this fix (which did fix the rollover
problem in quickfolders) that now my regular folders in the sidebar do not
display bold when there is unread mail...

That was fallout from the new "Customize Folder Icon" feature, the attached
version (just fresh from the oven as of this afternoon) should fix it.
