When files are saved by a filter action, their mtime is set to their ctime
(essentially the creation time of the saved copy). However, you often
(usually?) want to have there the time at which the message was sent - as in a
sense, that is the date at which the author intended for you to have the file.

If attachments came with an indication of times to preserve, somehow, that's ok
too.

If this is a new type of filter action or condition - can you please add this
to filtaQuilla issue tracker instead:

https://github.com/RealRaven2000/FiltaQuilla/issues

quickFilters isn't the correct place for this unless it is something you need
to extract for building / initialising a custom filter template.

Well, I followed the website link from the filtaQuilla extension info; then
clicked 'Bugs', and that got me here. But sure.

Yah I kind of grandfathered filtaQuilla in on the quickFolders site as a
separate page, you must have clicked the navigation link (bugs) above and ended
up in the main (quickFilters) section. I didn't want to create its own web
presence.
