If the filter list is configured to not show up after filter creation, then the
option to add filter in alphabetical order does not work.

3.11 prerelease 14

Quick fix. It works best when the filter list is already alphabetically sorted
- the new filter will take its place after all consecutive entries from the top
that should be before it alphabetically, but before any filter that should be
after it.
