When multiple mail recipients are listed via %to(name)% %cc(name)% the name
portion may contain commas being of the format 

lastname, firstname <email>

This will lead to confusing lines with many commas, such as

To: Somebody, Bill <bill.somebody@sample.org>, Somebody, Paul
<paul.somebody@sample.org>

Provide an option to use semicolon ";" as delimiter between the recipients
instead of commas.

added a textbox to the Advanced > Name settings to use any character for
delimiting names in the list
