a way to refresh the Message Filters window, if left open
eg. after creating a new filter, message filters window opens. if we forget to
close that window, if another new filter is created - a) the window does not
come back into focus, and b) if you switch to that window (without first
closing it), the new filter will not show up on the list.

would be great not to have to close and re-open the filter window after
creating every filter. or just to have a refresh button.

2.7.1 prerelease 11

Try this version (simply install over existing installation)

It should bring the list window back into focus, refresh the list and highlight
the newly generated filter. It also does this when you add a new filter rule to
an existing filter via merge.
