2 extra blank lines in plain text are inserted (or not deleted) between header
and quoted email if the option "start my reply above the quote" is selected in
Accounts Manager.

This removes the <br> tags within a text message when removing the original
reply and forward headers. Please make sure to test that it doesn't remove any
other (needed) line breaks.

This was reported to have been fixed through the patched version attached by
the user who reported the bug, so I am marking it as fixed.
