In Account settings: If the option [x] Automatically quote the original when
replying is used in conjunction with "start my reply below the quote", then the
signature is missing. Expected behavior: signature should be displayed below
the quote, after the cursor position.

Another workaround is to select another identity (account) within compose
window and to re-select the desired identity (account).

Doing this will bring Thunderbird to add the right signature.

Here is an attempt to fix this issue. There was also another issue with plain
text signature being attached as "quasi html" which didn't look nice, which
this also tries to address.

A new preview version that uses a better approach. Quote and Template have to
be entered separately, this way it is possible to separate them efficiently in
order to support bottom ansering.

0.9.2 pre 24 works for me, I can now reply below quote and the sig will be
displayed after the reply template.
