With SmartTemplate4 0.8.5.6 is it current not possible to work in Thunderbird

If you reply an message Thunderbird default header and my Template is visible
but i have checked "replace default 'quote-header'" option.
Only SmartTemplate4 0.8.0 works with older (up to 12.*.*) Thunderbird

Just to put it in plain English:

"ST4 does not remove the Default Header in Thunderbird 13.0 even if the option
to remove it is set in the smartTemplate settings for that account."

Prerelase 0.9 pre256

This version removes the default header if the checkbox is checked, tested in
HTML mode in both reply & forward cases. If the checkbox is not checked the
original header information will remain.
